Thanks to the prompting of a kind blog reader who couldn't find C-SNAP in his state, we investigated the availability in other states and found out that C-SNAP is only available in the WPS Medicare states which are; Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan.  Other states may offer similar services under a different name.  It's always a good idea to visit your state's carrier website and view it at least once per month and view any updates.
