As the end of the year approaches, most business are closing the current year and preparing for the next.  There are always ample business and tax items to review.  May we suggest these three items as well?

Version 11 Medisoft:  If you are still on Version 11 (V11) of Medisoft, be aware that when Version 14 (V14) of Medisoft is released after the 1st of the year; V11 will no longer be supported.  Now would be a good time to compare prices from upgrading from V11 to V12 versus V11 to V14.  We have seen some companies save thousands of dollars by ordering V12 now.  To figure out your savings; here is the V12 price list and the V14 price list along with the order form.  If you need help reviewing this, please call us at 888-322-2455.  Plus, you can take advantage of the tax write-off by ordering before the end of the year.

Stratus Conversion:  If you are still using the Stratus platform to transmit your electronic claims to Medisoft; you must convert to the Phoenix platform by January 1st, 2008.  Many users have waited until the end of the year, so Medisoft is behind on the conversions.  It will take approximately four weeks to complete the conversion.  But, we can help you get this done today.  Please complete these Stratus forms and fax back to 866-506-9681.
