Each day, we work and train several Medisoft users and we've found that there is something that can be done in less than 10 seconds that will tell us if the clinic is balancing their deposits.   Here's the secret:
 
    1)  Go to Activies on the top menu bar and select Enter Deposits/Payments from the drop-down menu.

    2)  Click on "Show All Depositis" and "Show Unapplied Only" on the top of the screen.

    3)  This screen should be blank.  If there is anything in the screen, the clinic is not balance their money.
