We fill in the insurer but the program will put only the first days transaction (or none) on a claim. After that you can not get the rest to print. The program says all transactions have been placed on a claim. Any help?

Comment on Welcome back to my blog!

Hi Bonnie,
Tracy and I are very proud of you and your new book. Medisoft doesn't always "copy" the exact information and I have learned this the hard way (guarantor usually) and I end up with a mess with private pay statements. Your recommendation; however, is sound after I thought it through, I believe you are right on. Thank you.

Comment on Free Medisoft Help and Free Billing Help

I cannot locate where to add referring provider while entering demographics..The fields are missing..I recently DL IE8?

Thanks

Comment on Free Medisoft Help and Free Billing Help

Is there any medisoft users out there that are able to post medicaid checks electronically to accounts? No matter what font I use, reports and statements print with the fonts overlapping--there is not enough space between them. I've played with the font type and the size, but it still prints the same. In preview it looks fine, but will not print properly. Any ideas?

Comment on Help the insurance companies keep sending my claims back!

We have several clients in the medical profession that utilize us with both self pay and insurance pay accounts. Since we are a collection agency it is the RESPONDENTS duty to call YOU and tell you why the claim is not being paid.We typically move the days in receivables up by at least a month and since we are a flat rate company the cost per account is minimal and affordable. The average clinic can't afford to spend time tracking down claims when we will do it and get results.
If anyone reading this would like more information please contact me at alwent@wildblue.net
